Shelby County's premier business networking event will also include the annual Boots & Bow Ties Silent Auction benefiting The Shelby County Chamber’s “career readiness” programming. Programs such as Keeping It Real for 9th grade students, Connect 2 Careers for 10th grade students, Communication Matters for 11th grade students and Student scholarships, Teacher stipends and Ready To Work are conducted every year in schools throughout Shelby County.
