Due to an overwhelming response to our annual Fallen Heroes Event on October 22nd, we are adding a golf challenge on October 21st at Greystone Golf and Country Club, Legacy Course. This event is limited to 10 teams: 5 Auburn, 5 Alabama. Each team will consist of one celebrity and a foursome.

The proceeds of this golf challenge will benefit injured soldiers and/or the families of those wounded or killed in combat.

We hope you will choose to join several of our wounded warriors and participate in this special event. $1250 per participant. $5,000 per team.

MEET SOME OF THE PARTICIPANTS:

Dan Cnoseen is a navy seal and lost both his legs in Afghanistan a year ago. He has under-gone countless surger-ies and as soon as he was able to receive prosthetics, within two weeks he was doing the Achilles 5 miler. He walked the whole 5 miles with three of his fellow navy seals from his unit by his side.

Mike Fadera was injured in 2007 by a roadside bomb. He lost both legs, collapsed both lungs, (had) burns on the face and arms and his ham-string on the left side is completely gone. During his grueling rehab, he says he never thought about competing in marathons. Now that he has seven marathons under his belt, Fradera says he'd like to be in the Paralympic Games, a special competition for the disabled.
