I’m Dr. Stephanie Dean, a brand voice and systems strategist who helps service-based professionals stop losing clients to unclear messaging and chaotic systems. I hold a PhD in digital communication and spent years teaching how people actually communicate online before moving into hands-on work with business owners who were drowning in tools that didn’t match how they work.

Today, I run TouchstoneOS™, a brand-first marketing and operations system. I specialize in translating expertise into clear messaging, automations, and workflows that feel human, not robotic. My work sits at the intersection of strategy, technology, and trust, because good marketing isn’t about tricks. It’s about clarity, consistency, and follow-through.

I work with educators, consultants, wellness professionals, and local service providers who are excellent at what they do but tired of sounding like everyone else. My goal is simple: help businesses communicate clearly, operate smoothly, and become the obvious choice in their market.
